Keysight 34405Aファームウェア・セットアップ
システム要件：
プロセッサ：100 MHz Pentium II以上が必須、800 MHzを推奨
サポートされるオペレーティング・システム：
- Windows XP Service Pack 1以上
- Windows Vista 32bit
- Windows 7 32bit
- Windows 7 64bit ※WOW64エミュレータ上で32bitアプリケーションを動作できる場合
必要なソフトウェア：
- .NET Framework 2.0
- Windows Installer 3.0。Windows Installer 3.1以降を推奨
- Keysight IOライブラリ・スイート15.0以上
ディスク容量の要件：1.09MB
※前のバージョンのファームウェアアップデート用ソフトウェアがインストールされている場合、
以前のバージョンを削除しておく必要はありません。
ソフトウェアのインストール
- zipファイルを解凍します。
- 34405A Firmware Setup 1.47-3.13.msiファイルをダブルクリックしてインストールを開始します。
- 指示に従ってプログラムをインストールします。
ソフトウェアのアンインストール
- Start > Control PanelをクリックしてAdd or Remove Programsをダブルクリックします。
- Currently installed programsのウィンドウで、削除するプログラムを選択してRemoveを選択します。
- プログラムの削除を確認するプロンプトが表示されると、Yesをクリックしてください。
アプリケーションの使用：
- 34405AをPCに接続します。
- Start > All Programs > Keysight Technologies > Keysight 34405A Firmware Setup > Keysight 34405A Firmware Setup (Version 1.47- 3.13)の順にクリックします。
- 34405AのVISAアドレスを"VISA Address"のコンボ・ボックスから選択します。
- Connectボタンをクリックすると測定器に接続できます。測定器との接続状況は"Connected"または"Disconnected"として表示され、"Current Firmware Version"フィールドに測定器のファームウェア・バージョンが表示されます。
- ファームウェアのダウンロードを開始する前に、測定器が接続状態であることを確認します。Download Firmwareをクリックしてファームウェアのダウンロードを開始します。
- ファームウェアのダウンロード後、測定器は自動的にリセットして回復します。
注意：アップデート中は測定器及びPCに十分な電源が供給されることをご確認ください。
また、アップデート中はPCのUSBポートにその他の測定器を接続しないようにしてください。

ダウンロード方法
1. Click the Download button.
2. Save the file to your PC or desktop.
3. Select the appropriate executable file.
インストール方法
PC installation
1. Unzip the zip file to a folder.
2. Double click on .msi file to start installation.Updating FW on unit.
1. Connect the 34405A to the computer.
2. Go to Start > All Programs > Agilent Technologies > Agilent 34405A Firmware Setup > Agilent 34405A Firmware Update (Version 1.50-3.14 ).
3. Choose the connected 34405A VISA address from the "VISA Address" combo box.
4. Click "Connect". The instrument connectivity will be shown as "Connected" or "Disconnected".
5. Ensure the instrument is in connected status before you start firmware update. Click Upload Firmware to start updating.
6. The instrument will reset and recover itself after the firmware update.
Caution:
Ensure there is no interruption to the firmware loading process.
