The N1094BS1A PAM-4 Measurement SDK enables you to perform the following PAM-4 measurements on waveforms captured with a Keysight Digital Communication Analyzer (DCA) oscilloscope:

  • Eye Width
  • Eye Linearity
  • Eye Skew
  • CEQ Noise Gain

インストール方法

  1. Set up a license server on a physical machine. Also, perform the license setup steps on client machine(s) on the same network (Physical or Virtual Machines).
    Refer to the Licensing Setup section in the Release Notes.
  2. Run the downloaded installer file. You need to be in the Administrator group to successfully install the software.
  3. The installer will install the prerequisites one by one. One of the prerequisites is .NET Framework 3.5 which can fail if no internet connection is available. Refer to the Known Issues section in the Release Notes for a workaround.
    The installation of prerequisites might prompt for reboot twice.
  4. Follow the installer prompts to proceed with the installation.
