Terms referenced and documents attached to the Keysight quotation apply to your purchase of hardware products, services and license to software (“Items”). The Keysight Terms of Sale also apply to purchase of Item(s) unless the Item(s) falls under one or more of the following conditions:

  • Repair, maintenance, and support services purchased subsequent to your purchase of Keysight Items or third party Items, Keysight Terms of Service shall apply.
  • Items with "(SOLN)" in the product description, Keysight Terms of Sale for Solutions shall apply.
  • Items described in the quotation as KeysightCare, Basic/Essential/Enterprise or Silver/Gold/Platinum Support, Keysight Terms of Sale and KeysightCare, Basic/Essential/Enterprise and Silver/Gold/Platinum – Support Terms and Conditions shall apply.
  • For Items with ESI in the product description, Computer Aided Engineering (ESI) Software Support and Maintenance Terms shall apply.
  • For items with ODE or PowerArtist in the product description, Support and Maintenance Terms for Optical Design Engineering Software Products and PowerArtist shall apply.
  • Items manufactured, modified or adapted by Keysight to meet your requirements as defined in a Statement of Work (SOW), Keysight Terms of Sale for Custom Products shall apply.
  • Used Items purchased in response to a bid made by you in an auction offered by Keysight, Keysight Terms of Sale for Remarketed Products shall apply.
  • Self-paced training modules purchased for electronic delivery and Keysight hosted training delivered through the web or in person at a Keysight facility, eLearning and Keysight Hosted Training Exhibit and Keysight Terms of Service shall apply.
  • Training delivered by a Keysight instructor at your facility and consulting services, Keysight Consulting Services Terms and Conditions shall apply.
  • Purchases receiving credit under Keysight’s Trade-up Program, Keysight Trade-Up Program Terms and Conditions shall apply as a supplement to the terms and conditions that apply as indicated above.
  • Purchases of education and training, Keysight Customer Education and Training Terms shall apply.
  • For Items with Eggplant in the product description, Keysight Terms of Sale for Eggplant Software Licenses and Services shall apply.
  • Items described in the quote as On-Premises, Cloud or SaaS, the Keysight On-Premises, Cloud (SaaS), and Services Terms and Conditions shall apply.

 

Gilt für Angebote von, und Bestellungen an Keysight Technologies Switzerland SA.

Für den Kauf von Keysight Hardware, Dienstleistungen oder Software Lizenzen („Produkte“) gelten die Geschäftsbedingungen, die dem jeweiligen Angebot angehängt sind. Im Allgemeinen gelten für den Kauf von Produkten bei Keysight die Keysight Geschäftsbedingungen, es sei denn, eine der folgenden Geschäftsbedingungen ist anwendbar:

  • Keysight Servicebedingungen gelten für Standard- und kundenspezifische Dienstleistungen die zusammen mit Keysight Hardware, Hardware von Drittherstellern oder Software-Produkten erworben wurden.
  • Keysight Verkaufsbedingungen für Lösungen gelten für Produkte, die mit „(SOLN)“ gekennzeichnet sind.
  • Für Positionen, die im Angebot als KeysightCare-, Basic/Essential/Enterprise- oder Silver/Gold/Platinum-Support beschrieben sind, gelten die Keysight Geschäftsbedingungen sowie die KeysightCare-, Basic/Essential/Enterprise- und Silver/Gold/Platinum – Supportbedingungen.
  • Für Positionen mit „ESI“ in der Produktbeschreibung gelten die Computer Aided Engineering (ESI) Software Support- und Wartungsbedingungen.
  • Für Positionen mit „ODE“ oder „PowerArtist“ in der Produktbeschreibung gelten die Support- und Wartungsbedingungen für Optical Design Engineering Softwareprodukte und PowerArtist.
  • Keysight Geschäftsbedingungen für Kundenspezifische Produkte gelten für Produkte, die laut Arbeitsbeschreibung / Leistungsbeschreibung (SOW) auf Kundenwunsch hergestellt, abgeändert oder angepasst wurden. 
  • Für gebrauchte Positionen, die infolge eines von Ihnen im Rahmen einer von Keysight durchgeführten Auktion abgegebenen Gebots erworben wurden, gelten die Keysight Geschäftsbedingungen für wiedervermarktete Produkte. 
  • Für im Selbststudium absolvierte Schulungsmodule, die zur elektronischen Bereitstellung erworben wurden, sowie für von Keysight angebotene Schulungen, die online oder vor Ort in einer Keysight-Niederlassung durchgeführt werden, gelten das eLearning- und Keysight Hosted Training Exhibit sowie die Keysight Servicebedingungen.
  • Für Schulungen, die von einem Keysight-Dozenten in Ihren Räumlichkeiten durchgeführt werden, sowie für Beratungsdienstleistungen gelten die Keysight Consulting Services Geschäftsbedingungen.
  • Keysight Trade-Up Programm Bedingungen gelten zusätzlich zu anderen Bedingungen, wenn eine Gutschrift für einen Kauf gemäß Keysight’s Trade-Up Programm gewährt werden soll.
  • Keysight Bedingungen für Kundenschulungen gelten beim Kauf von Kundenschulungen.
  • Für Positionen mit „Eggplant“ in der Produktbeschreibung gelten die Keysight Geschäftsbedingungen für Eggplant Softwarelizenzen und -dienstleistungen.
  • Für Positionen, die im Angebot als On-Premises, Cloud oder SaaS beschrieben sind, gelten die Keysight On-Premises-, Cloud (SaaS)- und Servicebedingungen.
