The Solutions Partner Program includes three tiers: Standard, Strategic and Global Solutions Partner.
The level of business achieved, the geographic reach and the strength of the relationship are considered
when deciding the appropriate tier for the Solutions Partner.

Recruitment to the program is dependent upon a close alignment between the business strategies of
the potential partner and Keysight. Once a successful working relationship is established promotion through
the tiers is possible at which point the partner would gain access to additional benefits including more
access to divisional strategies, additional marketing support and potentially greater discounts.

Keysight's aim is to develop a long-term relationship with its solutions partners to ensure that our
customers have access to the solutions they need to solve their test problems.
