- Download the following firmware update files from Keysight.com
XTPB_SoC_HPS_Mux.img
- Copy the file to “C:\I3070_ICT\lib” folder in the i3070 system controller after renaming the original file there.
- Launch DGN.
- Select Configuration > Programmable Card Config.
- Any available firmware updates will be highlighted.
- Select "Update All" to begin the update.
- Whenever the User Account Control dialog box appears, select “Yes” to allow the system to proceed.
- When installation is completed, reboot the testhead.

How to Install
- Unzip the downloaded file, there will be 2 files:
XTPB_SoC_HPS_Mux.img or XTPB_SoC_HPS_UnMux.img (depending on system type) - Copy one of the .img file, based on the sytem type, to C:\I3070_ICT\lib folder of the system controller after renaming the original file there.
- Launch DGN.
- Select Configuration > Programmable Card Config.
- Any available firmware updates will be highlighted as shown below:
- Select Update All to begin the update.
- Whenever the User Account Control dialog box appears, select “Yes” to allow the system to proceed.
- When installation is completed, the testhead is automatically rebooted.

- Unzip and choose “XTPB_SoC_HPS_Mux.img” or “XTPB_SoC_HPS_UnMux.img” file, depending on system type.
- Copy the file to C:\I3070_ICT\lib folder in the i3070 system controller after backing up the original file there.
- Boot the 3070 testhead and launch DGN.
- Select Configuration -> Programmable Card Config.
- Any available firmware updates will be highlighted.
- Select “Update All” to begin the update. Whenever the User Account Control dialog box appears, select “Yes” to allow the system to proceed.
- When installation is completed, the testhead will automatically reboot.
