Keysight N2265Aマルチファンクション・モジュールは、2線式の4x4マトリックスと16ビット・ディジタルI/Oを1つのモジュールに内蔵しています。N2265Aは、複数の機能を1つのモジュール内に実現しており、省スペースとシステム・コストの低減を図りたいアプリケーションに最適です。4x4マトリックスには16個のクロスポイントがあり、テスト用測定器のグループを各DUT上の複数のテスト・ポイントに容易に接続することができます。モジュール内の各クロスポイントでは、テスト・ポイントの2線（ハイとロー）が切替えられます。N2265Aには16本の双方向データ・ライン（ビット）と3本のハンドシェーク用ラインがあります。16ビットI/Oラインは、TTL対応の入力／出力、もしくはTTL対応の入力と最大42Vのオープン・コレクタ出力です。16個の I/Oビットは、2個の独立した8ビット・ポートもしくは1個の16ビット・ポートとして使用できます。過電圧入力保護（>42Vdc）とESD保護のために各チャネルには、ツェナー・ダイオードが使用されています。各I/Oラインは、最大0.6Aの電流シンクが可能で、外部デバイスの制御に使用できます。このモジュールには、接続ターミナルは付属しません。ねじ式端子ブロック、圧着端子、挿入式端子ブロック、DIN96-D25/D50変換ケーブルを使用して、容易に配線することができます。
