• Enable precision jitter analysis of electrical signals at rates above 10 Gb/s and optical signals at rates above 20 Gb/s with this precision timebase reference module
• View input signals with characteristic levels of 0.2 - 1.5 Vpp and a trigger range of 2 to 48 GHz (depends on options)
• Select your electrical input: 3.5 mm male (2.4 mm male for frequencies > 25 GHz bandwidth)
• Make better measurements with < 100 fs RMS (for frequencies > 4 GHz) and < 280 fs RMS (for frequencies < 4 GHz)
