Applications

Conduct high-volume testing of 5G NR or NTN / satellite communication network equipment and radio components.

  • Test 5G NR base station transceiver systems.

  • Minimize test development time by reusing existing code from other Keysight non-signaling solutions like E6681A, S9110A / S9115A, or S9101A.
  • Make gapless signal measurements in the same system without recabling the test setup.

Functionality

  • Generate and analyze wideband signals of 5G NR (3GPP Release 15 and higher) waveforms in FR1 (380 MHz to 6 GHz) and FR2 (22.7 GHz to 49.2 GHz), or NTN (10 GHz to 32 GHz).
  • Analyze vector modulation and custom OFDM with N / Y9054EM0E / 1E VMA software. 
  • Avoid high losses from switching and long cable runs with an OTA-friendly expandable architecture that supports one or two remote heads and polarizations, and multiple Tx / Rx channels.

Software

  • The Keysight S9110E system supports the following applications: Keysight N9085EM0E 5G NR Measurement, Y9085EM0E 5G NR Non-Signaling Waveform and Measurement, N / Y9054EM0E Vector Modulation Analysis Digital Demodulation Measurement, and N / Y9054EM1E Vector Modulation Analysis Custom OFDM.
  • Additional recommended software: The N7608EMBC Signal Studio Pro for Custom Modulation, N7631EMBC Signal Studio Pro for 5G NR, N7608EMBC for custom IQ and OFDM, and 89600 VSA software.

The Keysight S9110E multiband vector transceiver base system includes one-channel or two-channel configuration, and covers 380 MHz to 26.5 GHz. When connecting with M1749B mmWave transceivers, S9110E extends its frequency coverage from 22.7 GHz to 49.2 GHz.
