N1500A Materials Measurement Software
This software can be installed on a PC or directly on an ENA or PNA series network analyzer. The software runs on the Windows 7, 8, 10 and 11 operating system. Keysight IO Libraries Suite version 16.1 or later must be installed. If installed on a PC, a GPIB, LAN or USB interface is required, depending on the network analyzer. Flex 9 is not supported on Windows 11.
