N1500A Materials Measurement Software
This software can be installed on a PC or directly on an ENA or PNA series network analyzer. The software runs on the Windows XP, 7, 8, and 10 operating system. Keysight IO Libraries Suite version 16.1 or later must be installed. If installed on a PC, a GPIB, LAN or USB interface is required, depending on the network analyzer.
Keysight recommends using the most current version, which includes the most up-to-date bug fixes and security patches available.
