The N6061A Protocol Logging and Analysis application has the ability to export LTE protocol logs to pcap format. This allows you to view LTE logs in wireshark, and supports decoding of IP content carried over default and dedicated bearers.

To support this, an additional dissector is required to be used with wireshark. The dissector is licensed under the terms of the Gnu General Public License (GPL). You can download this dissector, instructions and the source code for the dissector below.
