This application note demonstrates how Keysight’s RSoft enables efficient modeling, simulation, and optimization of AR waveguide gratings, including surface relief gratings (SRG), volume holographic gratings (VHG), and polarization volume gratings (PVG). By leveraging industry-proven RCWA and FDTD methods, engineers can accurately analyze diffraction efficiency, angular response, and polarization characteristics for complex grating structures.
