Configure your DCA-X oscilloscope mainframe with one to four N1055A time-domain reflectometry (TDR) / time-domain transmission (TDT) modules for an economical solution.

The Keysight N1045B electrical port sampling head is a digital communications analyzer (DCA) module that is compatible with the N1000A DCA-X mainframe. Keysight's DCA modules provide a wide range of configurations and performance options to interchange the bandwidth, channel count, and features of your oscilloscope solution.

The Keysight N6755A is a 500 W high-performance, autoranging DC power module that provides low noise, high accuracy and programming speeds that are up to 10 to 50 times faster than other programmable power supplies. Optional high-speed test extension offers an oscilloscope-like digitizer that increases measurement accuracy when viewing high-speed transient or pulse events within the device-under-test (DUT).

This module is used in both the small, multiple output 1U high N6700 Low-Profile Modular Power System (for ATE systems) and the multiple output N6705 DC Power Analyzer (for bench testing). GPIB, LAN, USB and LXI compliance are standard. Select from more than 30 different DC power modules ranging in capability from basic to high precision, and in power from 20-500 Watts.

The Keysight N6784A is a source/measure unit (SMU) designed for general-purpose precision sourcing and measurement. General-purpose applications can span many different industries and many different devices under test (DUTs). The N6784A SMU is a versatile tool designed to tackle many of these general-purpose applications. Its glitch-free operation ensures safe usage with the DUT during output and measurement range changes, even with capacitances of up to 150 µF. Its 4-quadrant operation enables it to act as a bipolar power supply or a bipolar electronic load, for added versatility. When using the N6784A SMU, engineers can be confident that they have an all-around general-purpose tool for their test systems or lab bench.

The Keysight E4361A is a 510 W solar array simulator DC power module that simulates the output characteristics of a solar array. The E4361A is primarily a current source with very low output capacitance. It offers fast I-V curve changes allowing you to accurately simulate the output of different solar arrays under various environmental conditions (e.g., temperature, age, eclipse, spin). The E4360 gives you the flexibility to operate it in two ways:

• input the four key operational parameters (V_oc, I_sc, V_mp, I_mp) needed for the SAS to internally create an I-V curve of a solar array
• download a user-defined table for the I-V curve of the solar array

This module works with the Keysight E4360A modular Solar Array Simulator (SAS) mainframe, which can hold up to two modules and saves rack space with its 2 U high size. LAN, USB, and GPIB interfaces are standard.

To simplify test system software development, the 14360A System Control Tool software package is shipped free with every E4360A SAS mainframe. This software simplifies the programming and control of multiple SASs. It allows a single function call to set up and control up to 100 E4360 outputs in a SAS system.

The E4360 SAS is available as a standalone off-the-shelf instrument and is also available from Keysight integrated into a full turnkey solar array simulator system configured to your exact specification with all the instruments and the software integrated and installed.

The Keysight PZ2121A is a high-speed precision source / measure unit (SMU) featuring narrow-pulse width, fast Digitizer Mode, and seamless current measurement ranging. It enables narrow-pulsed measurements and fast dynamic measurements with a wide dynamic range for a wide range of emerging applications such as vertical-cavity surface-emitting laser (VCSEL) optical devices, integrated circuit (IC) testing.
