The W8585EP WaferPro Express Expanded Probers Support Add-on includes:
- Support for Accretech and TEL fully automated probers
- Support for other probers via programming interface
The W8585EP WaferPro Express Expanded Probers Support Add-on includes support for non-Cascade Microtech probers such as the Accretech UF3000 and the Tokyo Electron P6 and P8 fully automated probers. Other prober manufacturers and models will be added. Please refer to the WaferPro Express brochure for the most current information.
If coupled with the W8581BP Core Measurement and Programming Bundle, this product also enables users to add a new prober driver to support a GPIB-controllable prober that is currently not officially included in the product.
Using the programming environment, a user can implement a set of basic driver functions, such as “contact”, “separate”, “go_home”, “move_die”, etc., enabling an unsupported prober to be controlled by WaferPro Express.
