  • This upgrade is for existing Windows 7 based Infiniium real-time oscilloscopes, and applies to S-Series, V-Series, Z-Series, 9000A Series and 90000-X Series families. The 90000A is not compatible with Windows 10; contact Keysight for more information
  • The operating system upgrade can be done by the end user
  • The upgrade kit include USB flash drive with Windows 10 installation bits, Windows 10 Certificate of Authenticity sticker to put on rear of scope and instructions for installation
  • For users with Windows XP, it is required to upgrade to Windows 7 first using N2753A
