A flash drive-based upgrade to migrate your Infiniium oscilloscope Windows 10

HIGHLIGHTS

  • This upgrade is for Keysight Infiniium real-time oscilloscopes and applies to S-Series, V-Series, Z-Series, 9000A Series, and 90000-X Series families.
  • The end user can do the operating system upgrade.
  • The upgrade kit includes a USB flash drive with Windows 10 installation bits, a Windows 10 Certificate of Authenticity sticker to put on the rear of the scope, and installation instructions.
