The Keysight MX0113A is a precision 50-ohm adapter which allows you to connect a probe with AutoProbe I interface such as the 1169B InfiniiMax II Series Probe Amplifier to a Keysight Infiniium XR8 oscilloscope that has the AutoProbe III interface.
