Installation Procedure

Download file below (86038A Firmware Rev. A.03.03) to a convenient location. If your ODA has access to the WWW, the file may be downloaded to the analyzer directly. If the ODA does not have access to the WWW, download the file and transfer it to the ODA via a network connection or CD-R or CD-R/W.

Once download is complete, double-click on the upgrade file to run the installation. Complete the installation by following the instructions in the install utility.

Bugs fixed:

  • First-point CD spike in DDR mode.
  • Normalization indicator not updated when leaving "Quick Setup" with "Save and Exit"
  • Problem with GD measurement over very wide dynamic range.
