- Fixed the issue when the error "Hardware missing; Option not installed" was prompted while running the Abs Amp Accy EMI Rcvr Mode 9 kHz to 50 MHz test on a N9048B with Opt WF1 and without Opt TDS - Updated the TOI, DANL and Effective DANL specification or test limit according to the latest N9048B datasheet

다운로드 방법

  • Close all applications.
  • Download application .exe file to the PC desktop.

설치 방법

  1. Download the Setup.exe file to the PC desktop.
  2. Run Setup.exe as follows: Right-click the Setup.exe file and select “Run as Administrator” to start the installation.
  3. Follow the instructions on the screen to install the Test Management Environment.
Important Note: After the initial N7800A TME installation, be sure to launch the application in Normal mode. Do not launch in Administrator mode. Administrator mode is only used for the initial installation of the N7800A TME application.
