4288A Capacitance Meter Firmware Upgrade
Firmware Installation Procedure:
1. Make a new folder for installing the firmware installation program.
2. Make a copy of the install program loader.exe and the firmware fw_0130.m
3. Update the 4288A firmware according to the following procedure
