This patch includes fixes for critical defects contained in defect and pin count information exported to RLE files for the 5DX. Included also is a library that provides 20% faster performance for the IPC adapters.

ART 02.00 pb 1002 RLE Patch install instructions:

1) Download ART2.0bPatch.exe onto the ITF Server.
2) Double-click on ART2.0bPatch.exe.
3) This will automatically begin the installation program.
4) You must have a password for this patch to install on your ITF Server. If you do not have a password, please contact 1-800-447-TEST.
