Keysight’s N1010A FlexDCA is the software that runs Keysight’s digital communication analyzer (DCA) family of sampling oscilloscopes (also known as equivalent-time oscilloscopes). A DCA is an instrument that helps visualize and analyze the analog properties of high-speed signals such as those used in wireline telecom and data center links.
FlexDCA is installed at the factory on DCA-X mainframes but can also be installed on a PC to control a DCA-M or remotely control a DCA-X.

Keysight N15007A Resonant cavity method for split cylinder resonators software is used with the special fixture, N1501AKEAD, which consists of two halves of a cylindrical cavity that faces each other to form one complete cylindrical cavity resonator. The combination of this fixture with a network analyzer enables repeatable permittivity measurements. This method uses the TE011 mode resonance to measure permittivity. N15007A is fully compatible with the N1500A option 007 Resonant cavity method for split cylinder resonators software.

No other special fixtures or containers is required. Measurements are non-destructive and can be made in real time. The measurement frequency range is from 200 MHz up to 50 GHz when using on a network analyzer. When using with E4991B impedance analyzer, the frequency range is 10 MHz to 3 GHz. The N15004A is fully compatible with the N1500A option 004 Coaxial probe software.
