The EXR2WIN Windows 11 upgrade for EXR-Series oscilloscopes includes a return-to-Keysight installation of the new M910 motherboard. This motherboard incorporates the required Trusted Platform Module (TPM) for Windows 11. Each upgrade includes a Keysight oscilloscope compatible Windows 11 1TB SSD.
