To use the Bus Decoder for LPDDR, LPDDR2, LPDDR3 Validation, please do the following:

  1. Ensure that you have the Logic & Protocol Analyzer Software loaded.
  2. Load the B4623B Bus Decoder for LPDDR, LPDDR2 and LPDDR3 Validation
  3. Load the required add-in: DDR Setup Assistant and Eyefinder

Optional Add-ins:

  1. B4621B Bus Decoder for DDR2 and DDR3 Validation
  2. B4622B DDR2/3 Protocol Compliance and Analysis Tool
