  • Pro oscilloscopes come in two classes. The XR8-class includes the XR8 oscilloscope, and the XR9-class includes the complete line of Infiniium UXR series configurations. Pro oscilloscopes are our highest-performance models, supporting ultra-wide bandwidths up to 110 GHz, fast sample rates up to 256 GSa/s, and high signal integrity with up to 12-bit vertical resolution.
