The Y1200B PCIe cable is used with the M9045B to connect an M9502A/M9505A AXIe chassis or M9018A PXIe Chassis with M9021A cable interface to a laptop computer.
11059A
Reduce ground-related errors and contact resistance through gold-plated flat tweezers and special gripping surfaces
The Keysight kelvin probe set consists of two gold-plated flat tweezers with special gripping surfaces. This design assures a very precise contact to the component and very precise measurements. The ground guard connector removes ground-related errors. The gold plating helps to reduce the contact resistance between the surfaces of the test probe and the lead of the component being measured - reducing overall error!
The Keysight 11059A is compatible with the Keysight 34460A, 34461A, 34401A, 3458A, 34410A, 34411A, 34465A, 34470A digital multimeters and B2900 series precision source / measure units.
34133A
Use these small, light weight, leads with small components and dense circuit boards.
The Keysight 34133A precision electronic test leads are designed specifically for working with small components and dense circuit boards. Each kit includes two test leads (one red and one black).

85134E
Achieve phase stability with this 97.2-cm cable when a DUT is connected, with adapter, directly to the test set port
The Keysight 85134E is a 97.2 cm (38.25 in) long1 flexible cable with a 2.4 mm female2 to PSC-3.5 mm female connector. Cable frequency range is dc to 26.5 GHz with a return loss of 16 dB or better. Insertion loss is 0.46 * sqrt (f) + 0.3, where f is frequency in GHz, for the test port connector and 2.7 dB at maximum frequency for the device connector. Phase stability of semi-rigid/flexible cables is specified with a 90 degree bend using a 4 to 3 inch radius. Stability1 of the Keysight 85134E is less than 0.22 dB and phase is 0.16*f + 0.8, where f is frequency in GHz.
1 Cable length and stability are supplemental characteristics.
2 Special rugged female connector is designed specifically for connecting to the network analyzer test port, but does not mate with a standard male connector.
85133H
Achieve phase stability with this 63-cm cable featuring a 2.4-mm female to 2.4-mm male connector
The Keysight 85133H is a 63 cm (25 in) long1 flexible cable with a 2.4 mm female2 to 2.4 mm male connector. Cable frequency range is DC to 50 GHz with a return loss of greater than or equal to 15 dB. Insertion loss is less than 0.450 + 0.013F + 0.300√F, (where f is frequency in GHz) for the test port connector and 3.22 dB at maximum frequency for the device connector. Phase stability of semi-rigid/flexible cables is characterized with a 90 degree bend using a 2.5 inch radius. Stabililty1 of the Keysight 85133H is less than 0.08 dB and phase is 0.08° f + 05° (where f is frequency in GHz).
1 Cable length and stability are supplemental characteristics.
2 Special rugged female connecter is designed specifically for connecting to the network analyzer test port, but does not mate with a standard male connector.
85133E
Achieve phase stability with this 97-cm cable when a DUT is connected, with adapter, directly to the test set port
The Keysight 85133E is a 97 cm (38 in) long1 flexible cable with a 2.4 mm female2 to PSC-2.4 mm female connector. Cable frequency range is DC to 50 GHz with a return loss of 15 dB or better. Insertion loss is 0.446 + 0.017F + 0.456√F for the test port connector and 4.52 dB at maximum frequency for the device connector. Phase stability of semi-rigid/flexible cables is specified with a 90 degree bend using a 2.5 inch radius. Stability1 of the Keysight 85133E is less than 0.15 dB and phase is 0.17°*f + 0.5°, where f is frequency in GHz.

Y1224A
3.0-m cable for connecting multiple AXIe chassis together to form large systems
The Y1224A cable enables multiple Keysight AXIe chassis to share clocking, synchronization, and triggering signals. One cable is required to interconnect two AXIe chassis and additional chassis are connected in a daisy-chain fashion (one additional cable per additional chassis). Chassis-to-chassis timing performance is greatly improved if the AXIe module software provides timing correlation between chassis. Chassis-to-chassis timing correlation is currently supported by Keysight AXIe-based logic analysers. This cable is also supported with the 16900A, 16901A and 16902 logic analysis systems. MultiFrame cables can be used with other AXIe modules, but chassis-to-chassis tiiming correlation is not specified. This cable is not supported on non-Keysight AXIe chassis.
