The W8646BP Model Builder Program (MBP) CMOS Modeling Bundle software enables you to simulate, extract and generate the following models used in the modern CMOS technology.
- Verilog-A model;
- MOSRA level 1 and level 3 aging models;
- Local variation (mismatch) and global variation (statistical) model;
- SRAM cell model;
- Model target re-centering base on the new spec.

W8613EP |
MBP Verilog-A Model Support module - supports Verilog-A models in general. Most of the common functions and keywords defined in the Verilog-A are supported. |
W8614EP |
MBP Reliability Module MOSRA - TMI - includes the extraction packages for MOS Reliability Analysis (MOSRA) and the TSMC Model Interface (TMI) aging models. |
W8620EP |
MBP Statistical Model Generation - package includes the complete modeling and analysis packages for statistical and mismatch models. Monte Carlo simulation is supported by the internal engine. The built-in Backward Propagation of Variance (BPV) based extraction flow enables automated extraction by one click. |
W8622EP |
MBP SRAM Memory Modeling - software enables you to extract transistor models and memory cell model in one MBP session. The typical SRAM plots including butterfly curve and N-curve have been pre-defined as well as the resulting targets such as static noise margin (SNM) and critical currents. The user can optimize transistor model parameters based on device-level characteristics and SRAM-cell level figures of merit (FOMs) all simultaneously. It also allows the user to compare different SRAM cell models easily. |
W8626EP |
MBP Model Targets Re-centering - software provides you a turnkey solution to center the model targets by tweaking the “best-fitting” model card parameters in an efficient way. Given the complexity in the advanced technologies, more fitting targets and instances are involved in the SPICE model. The new re-centering package in MBP enables you to tune the model parameters by observing both the error table and IMV plots at the same time. Automated optimization on the selected targets are supported. Finally, the error table can be easily exported as an Excel file for documentation purposes. |
