The FS4120 USB analysis probe supports all USB speeds, LS (1.5 Mb/s), FS (12 Mb/s) and HS (480 Mb/s). Complete protocol decode of all USB transactions is supported.
Special test connections are provided for inrush current, static current and signal integrity measurements of D+/D-.
The FS4120 has two independent USB ports which allow the user to simultaneously test two separate USB data paths.
