다운로드 방법
- Unzip the zip file to a folder.
- Go to folder PL23XX_Prolific_DriverInstaller_v202, click on the PL23XX-M_LogoDriver_Setup_v202.Exe to install the U1173B IR-USB cable driver.
설치 방법
- Connect the multimeter to your PC via the U1173B IR-USB connectivity cable and turn on the multimeter.
- Go to Start > All Programs > Keysight Technologies > Keysight U1281A U1282A Firmware Update > Keysight U1281A U1282A Firmware Update (Version 1.05).

- Go to folder PL2303_XPVistaWin7_Driver, click on the PL2303_XPVistaWin7Driver. Exe to install the U1173B IR-USB cable driver.
- Double click the Setup.exe file to install the program.
설치 방법
- Connect the multimeter to your PC via the U1173B IR-USB connectivity cable and turn on the multimeter.
- Go to Start > All Programs > Keysight Technologies > Keysight U1281A U1282A Firmware Update > Keysight U1281A U1282A Firmware Update (Version 1.04).
- Click "Auto Search COM Port" button to search and detect the unit. The model number, serial number and current firmware version of the multimeter will be displayed in the "Model Number", "Serial Number" and "Current Version" field.
- Make sure the instrument is in connected status before you start firmware update. Click "Upload Firmware" to start firmware update.
- The multimeter will reset and recover itself after the firmware update.
