N9340A handheld spectrum analyzer firmware can be upgraded using either of the following:

  • N9340A and N9340 handheld spectrum analyzer (HSA) PC software
    PC software, version A.01.04 or higher, enables you to upgrade N9340A and N9340B firmware via LAN connection
  • USB flash drive 

NOTE: You must update to N9340A firmware version A.01.04, before updating to A.01.08

설치 방법

  1. Extract files to the root directory of a USB flash drive, you will see a folder named "N9340DATA" with file appupgrade.hy
  2. Insert the USB flash into the TOP panel USB connector
  3. Press [SYS] > {More} > {Upgrade} > {Firmware} to activate the updating procedure
  4. Press Enter to upgrade the firmware
    This upgrade procedure including checking file and copying files will take about 10 to 15 minutes
    Keep power on and USB flash drive connected during upgrade process
  5. Unplug the USB flash drive and restart the N9340A when message, "All Modules have been upgraded, please restart" is displayed
  6. Press {SYS}->{More}->{Show System} to view the firmware version. The MCU firmware version should be updates
