M9410A/M9411A/M9415A VXT PXI Vector Transceiver, Software Service and FPGA Downgrade Pack
The M9410A/M9411A/M9415A service pack is a software package with FPGA downgrade tool for M9410A/M9411A/M9415A software/hardware compatibility. The instrument software installed on the controller can only recognize the module with its corresponding or older FPGA version(s). If user wants to use early released firmware (version ≤ M.33.xx) with module which has newer FPGA version, the service pack must be installed to downgrade the module FPGA to comply with the current software version. The scenarios include:
1. Receive a newly shipped module from Keysight. Want to use early released instrument software on the controller to work with the module.
2. Receive a module which ever worked with newer instrument software compared with the version installed on the current controller.
3. Downgrade the instrument software on the controller and want to work with existing module.
The service pack will be updated continuously once there are new FPGA released for new modules. Check and install new service pack again even with same version of instrument software if you want to work with new modules.
