Keysight provides regular updates to our InfiniiVision HD3-Series oscilloscope firmware to provide new features, incorporate customer suggestions, and ensure proper functionality.  You must update your firmware when enabling new features.

To see your oscilloscope's current firmware version, from the oscilloscope's menu, select Help; then select About This Oscilloscope....

  • Click the download button and save the file to a USB flash drive or to a temporary directory on your computer.

설치 방법

  • To update your oscilloscope's firmware, do one of the following:

    • Place the file on a USB flash drive, connect it to the oscilloscope, from the menu select File > File Explorer, select the file; then, select Install File.
    • If your oscilloscope is on the network: you can place the file on your computer, access the oscilloscope's Web Interface (see the User's Guide for details), select Instrument Utilities, select Firmware Version, browse to select the file; then, click Install.

선결 조건

  • NOTE: When upgrading your oscilloscope, download the .swu file, and load the complete file into the oscilloscope. Do not “unzip” the file.

  • CAUTION: At the end of the upgrade process, the oscilloscope will automatically reboot to finish the installation. If the screen goes blank, or white during the upgrade, do not turn off the power, but rather, wait for the oscilloscope to reboot. Turning off the power during the upgrade could result in your oscilloscope becoming non-operational, requiring it to be sent to a Keysight service center to be repaired.
