Keysight provides regular updates to our InfiniiVision Series oscilloscope software to provide new features, incorporate customer suggestions, and ensure proper functionality. Corrections to software operation are made available at no cost in the latest version of our system software. New features that are standard in our currently shipping units are available to our existing customers at affordable prices. Please check the Release Notes for details of new features and updates. You must update your software when enabling new features.

To see your oscilloscope's file versions, press Utility > Service > About Oscilloscope.
