다운로드 방법

 

  1. Click the Download button.
  2. Save the .dfu file to your computer and note the directory where the file is saved.

 

설치 방법

  1. Connect your instrument to the PC.
  2. Go to Start > Keysight Basic Firmware Update Utility tool.
  3. Click Browse, then select the downloaded dfu file and click open.
  4. Click Next and key in the necessary settings for your LAN/USB connection.
  5. Click on the Update button to perform firmware update.
  6. The firmware update process is complete after the instrument is rebooted.
  7. Press Utilities > More > Help > About to check the firmware revision updated is correct.
