How to Download
- Click the Download button.
- Save the .dfu file to your computer and note the directory where the file is saved.
How to Install
- Connect your instrument to the PC.
- Go to Start > Keysight Basic Firmware Update Utility tool.
- Click Browse, then select the downloaded dfu file and click open.
- Click Next and key in the necessary settings for your LAN/USB connection.
- Click on the Update button to perform firmware update.
- The firmware update process is complete after the instrument is rebooted.
- Press Utilities > More > Help > About to check the firmware revision updated is correct.
