This is Keysight Advisor Service Pack 11.103 release, which is to be loaded onto the Keysight Advisor if Service Pack 11.102 version of the Keysight Advisor software has been installed.

The file sp11-103.exe is a self-extracting archive file that contains two files "BERT T1, CEPT E1, V.35, RS-232 (V.24), RS-449 (V.36), DDS 4-Wire.LNK" and "Install.bat". The following instructions will guide you through installing the service pack.

  1. Label a blank formatted diskette "service pack 11.103 disk.
  2. Download the service pack file from the web to this diskette.
  3. From the Start Menu, select Run
  4. Enter A:\sp11-103.exe and select OK.

The archive will extract the two files to the diskette.

If you have performed this download to a PC rather than a Keysight Advisor, insert the diskette in the floppy drive of your Keysight Advisor.

  1. From the Start Menu, select Run
  2. Enter A:\Install.bat and select OK.
  3. Keysight Advisor Service Pack 11.103
