To obtain the license file, you need the model number and serial number for each oscilloscope you wish to enable. To display this information, press the [Help] key, then press the About Oscilloscope softkey.

Note: Some new oscilloscope features require the latest software in order to operate. The latest software and documentation can be downloaded from the following web pages. Select the appropriate web pages based on the model you are licensing.
