The Keysight B4621B DDR memory bus decoder, used with a Keysight Technologies logic analyzer, allows you to decode and view transactions, commands, and data from a DDR2, DDR3 or DDR4 memory bus in your target system.


To use the B4621B Bus Decoder for DDR2, DDR3, DDR4 Validation Software, please do the following:

  1. Ensure that you have the Logic and Protocol Analyzer Software loaded.
  2. Load the B4621B Bus Decoder for DDR2, DDR3, DDR4 Validation Software
  3. Load the required add-in: DDR Setup Assistant and Eyefinder

Optional Add-ins:

  • B4622B DDR2/3/4 Protocol Compliance and Analysis Tool
  • B4623B Bus Decoder for LPDDR, LPDDR2, LPDDR3 Validation
  • Enhanced Turbo Trigger Tool (for 1695X modules only)
