Download, read and follow 11713B/C Attenuator/Switch Driver’s firmware update procedures listed below the page prior to upgrading.

  1. Click on the "11713B/C Firmware Revision A.xx.xx" listed below. Open the file (11713B_A.xx.xx.zip) and copy the file to a temporary directory (e.g. C:\TEMP) on your computer's hard drive.
  2. Click the "Firmware Update Procedure" listed below. The procedure to update the firmware will appear.
