Como Instalar

  1. Review the prerequisites for this application.
  2. For full functionality of the Wafer Prober plugin, a licensed version of Formfactor’s Velox probe station control software and Formfactor’s SiP-Tools is required.
  3. Download and install version 8.8.78 of KS8400A PathWave Test Automation (TAP) software from www.keysight.com/find/ks8400a (if not already done).
    Download the required version from the Previous Versions tab on the Software Details page.
  4. Double-click the downloaded TapPackage file for the Wafer Prober plugin to install it. Refer to the Release Notes for further steps.
