The Keysight Intuilink Data Capture is an MS Office add-in, which captures and downloads waveform data from Keysight's 86100A Infiniium DCA Oscilloscopes. This data is transferred to your PC via GPIB or RS-232 interface. This product is free of charge.

It provides the following functionality:

  • Download waveform data and display the data as a simple chart
  • Download measurement data
  • Download screen shots
  • Save and restore setups
