MX0025A
Best probes for measuring signals found in the latest DDR5 and MIPI standards.
Keysight’s MX0025A InfiniiMax Ultra Series probe amplifier improves usability because you can measure differential, single-ended, and common mode signals with a single probe tip.
When you use a probe to connect your signal to your oscilloscope, it becomes part of the circuit affecting your test. Your probe may be hiding signal details, loading down your signal, or distorting it. InfiniiMax Ultra Series probes have the lowest loading for minimal impact to your circuit. Boost your test margins and gain measurement confidence with their unprecedented accuracy. Ensure your entire measurement system is helping you see the truest representation of your signal.
These probes have the lowest noise and capacitive loading and the lowest loading across more frequencies due to their RC high impedance profile. The InfiniiMax Ultra Series supports InfiniiMode and has a user-defined AC calibration mode, a wider input voltage range, more accuracy with unique S-parameter characterization, lower capacitive loading, a wider input voltage range, micro / socketed probe heads for smaller density probing, and more bandwidths. The InfiniiMax Ultra Series has an RC input impedance architecture with the lowest loading and least signal distortion across the widest frequency range.
InfiniiMax Ultra probes have three attenuation ranges — 1:1, 4:1, and 8:1 — giving you superior noise performance and large voltage ranges, all while maintaining maximum bandwidth. The input range automatically configures depending on the size of the input signal and vertical scale of your oscilloscope.
Choose from the three flexible input dynamic ranges from 600 mVpp at 1:1, 2.5 Vpp at 4:1, and 5 Vpp at 8:1. Clearly see and know when your design is satisfactory, keep up with standards, easily probe small devices, and reduce test complexity with the InfiniiMax Ultra Series probes.

DP0001A
DP0001A probe is a 400 MHz, 2kV (Mains Isolated) / 1 kV CAT III differential high voltage probe that you can use with a Keysight oscilloscope.
The DP0001A is a 400 MHz high voltage differential probe with 2 kV mains isolated or 1 kV CAT III rating designed for making accurate high-voltage power measurements required for testing today’s WBG power devices, power converters or motor drives. Thanks to high bandwidth and low loading characteristics, the probe can accurately measure 1kV transient pulse with as fast as 1.2 nsec of edge speed (10-90%) in modern switching power supplies. Also, high CMRR simplifies the measurement challenges found in noisy, high common-mode power electronics environments.
When used with an Infiniium oscilloscope, the probe supports an auto-switchable attenuation ratio that automatically sets the probe attenuation to the value necessary to make the dynamic range of the probe greater than or equal to the level required to measure the current input signal. A variety of accessories are shipped with this probe to suit various DUT connection scenarios and to make the connection to compact target devices possible.
The differential probes have a differential input resistance of 10 MΩ and low input capacitance of 2 pF to minimize circuit loading. The DP0001A is compatible with Keysight oscilloscopes with a 50-Ω AutoProbe interface, which configures the scope for the probe automatically.
When probing differential signals inside of environmental chambers at extreme temperatures, Keysight offers the N7013A extreme temperature extension kit. The N7013A is compatible with the DP0001A with a de-rated bandwidth of 70 MHz. The 70 cm long differential cable set and accessories can operate in temperatures ranging from -40 degC to +85 degC.
The probe is compatible with InfiniiVision 3000TX, 4000X, 6000X and Infiniium S, 9000A, 90000X, V, Z, UXR <=33GHz (with N5442A adapter).

N1021B
Connect PCBs and other devices without connectors to TDR/TDT modules in the oscilloscope mainframe
The N1021B is an ergonomically designed handheld probe to interface TDR/TDT modules to printed circuit boards (PCBs) and components that lack common coaxial high-frequency connectors. The built-in wheel adjusts the pitch between the differential tips to make good contact with pads or access points spaced from closed to typical IC pins (2.54 mm).
Engineers working on high-speed differential electrical channels can analyze where the device under test (DUT) causes reflections that unfavorably affect the signal integrity (SI) of their designs. Manufacturers of printed circuit boards (PCB) can control process consistency from batch to batch, and/or locate the position of shorts, opens, or other flaws.
The N1021B probe is used in conjunction with the DCA-X Wideband Oscilloscope Mainframe, the 54754A Differential and Single-ended TDR-TDT Module, and the N1055A35/50 GHz 2/4 Port TDR/TDT Remote Sampling Head. The N1021B probe launches small electrical steps in the DUT (device under test) and/or receives the response, which is processed and displayed in the time domain or as S-parameters (SDD11, SDD22, SDD21, or SDD22). Time-domain measurements can display the reflected voltages or observed impedances versus time or distance. S-parameter measurements include magnitude, phase, and group delay.

N2839A
Achieve the measurement fidelity of a solder-in probe head with handheld browsing and extremely low loading.
The N2839A differential browser head brings the measurement fidelity of a solder-in probe head to hand-held browsing. When used with the InfiniiMax Ultra MX0025A RC probe amplifier, the N2839A gives users 21 GHz of bandwidth, making this the most usable hand-held browser solution for measuring high-speed differential or single-ended signals.
The probe tips of the N2839A ensure a secure connection to the DUT. The probe tips can be adjusted to accommodate targets from 0mm to 3mm apart using the thumbwheel and can be easily and quickly replaced if accidental damage occurs. The low-inductance ground spring ensures that the probe’s frequency response remains constant regardless of the span range setting.
Unlike conventional probe browsers in this class, the N2839A provides extremely low probe loading. As the signal speed increases, the capacitance element of the probe’s input becomes a dominant factor in determining the amount of probe loading. The larger the input capacitances, the more the probe may load the DUT or affect the response of the measurement when the measured frequency increases. The N2839A provides 0.21 pF of low input capacitance, which is just as low as that of a solder-in head, minimizing the probe effect in measuring high-speed signals.
Beginning the shipments in late June 2019 (with S/N US5900xxxx or higher), we are adding 20 more solid tips to the standard N2839A and N2837A configuration, totaling 40 tips in a kit (i.e., 20 spring-loaded and 20 solid tips). New solid tips are slightly more robust than the spring-loaded pogo tips.
