Keysight Advisor Windows 95 Toolkit Conversion
This utility allows for conversion of HP ToolKit (also known as Blue Screen) data files to Windows 95 format for post-processing in the WAN-in-Windows applications.
These data files are used in all J2301A, J2301B, J2302A, and J2302B Keysight Advisors, and are available for use in J2300C Advisors, up to and including Software Revision 10.0. In addition, the files are used in 4959A and 4959B WAN protocol analyzers. This conversion utility will operate on Blue Screen Frame Relay X.25, BOP (HDLC), and Async PPP data files with the .DAT extension as the Input filename.
This utility will NOT operate on Blue Screen ISDN files, or any other file not specifically captured in one of the aforementioned Blue Screen applications. The executable file will not fit on a 3.5 inch disk. It can be installed and executed on a stand-alone PC, or downloaded to a Keysight Internet Advisor. This utility is NOT supported by Keysight. It was developed merely as a method for decoding Blue Screen data within the Windows applications. Keysight does not guarantee its accuracy or operation. Be aware that another conversion utility with the same name is installed on all Internet Advisors in the HPTOOLS subdirectory. Its purpose and operation is completely different and should not be confused with this utility.
Once you have downloaded the convert.exe file, copy it to the Keysight Advisor hard drive and execute from there.
