  • Make sure you have at least 6.10 version of Infiniium oscilloscope firmware (see the software release notes) by choosing Help > About Infiniium... from the main menu.
    Note: You must be logged in to Windows with administrative privileges to install the software.

  • On the oscilloscope, open (execute) the downloaded file, and follow the on-screen installation instructions.

  • If the User Account Control dialog box appears, click Yes to allow the Installation to continue.

    • Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the installation.

  • Note that you must accept the terms of the license agreement to continue.
