ITF 3.1.1 SP1 (incremental) patch release

The ITF 3.1.1 SP1 patch release is now available for downloading.

This is not a cumulative patch and it is applicable to the ITF 3.1.1 platform only (August 2005 release). Please note that all related ITF software components (Medalist Repair Tool, Medalist Quality Tool and Tester component Agents) must be updated accordingly for this patch to work properly.

The fixes incorporated in this release includes,

1. [CR21754] Quality Tool continue to query Server after force logout
2. [CR21992] Server SQL resource lock due to quality tool query
3. [CR22024] Agent in AOI side can't process reference designators end with -s
4. [CR22063] Repair Tool closed board's serial no. is not captured in exported XML file
5. [CR22065] Server Flexlm license auto check in after 2 hour
6. [CR22066] Repair Tool to display the time/date of the board result normal format
7. [CR22068] Agent will not process rep files when you have OCR failures
8. [CR22088] Server Software build control on helpabout.jsp
9. [CR22180] ITF Admin Client when one user is deleted refresh user list is wrong
10. [CR22207] ITF Admin Client force logout webpage refresh page data is inconsistent
11. [CR22254] ITF Data Migration mapping of serial number

When applying this patch, you do need to schedule some production downtime (30mins) to load and execute the installation scripts on all affected systems (i.e. ITF Server, Client workstation hosting the Medalist Repair and Quality Tool and the respective Keysight Testers).

To apply this patch,

1. Download the patch files (zip files) from the links below.
2. Unzip and copy the respective software component installation scripts to the respective program file folder on the ITF Server, Tester Agent, Medalist Repair Tool and Quality Tool client workstation.
3. Double-click on the install script file to begin the installation and overwrite any existing files when prompted.

In addition to the patch, you will also find the ITF 3.1 diagnostic utility that is useful for qualifying and troubleshooting the ITF 3.1 platform. The users' manual and installation guide are included and can be found in the diagnostic tool folder.
