The Keysight M80896RCA application automates stressed signal calibration used for testing the inputs of LPDDR6 SDRAM devices, including DIMM, DRAM, and memory controllers, at the physical layer. This approach ensures that your devices meet performance and interoperability standards. The software automatically performs all calibration routines and conformance testing by controlling the required instruments. The LPDDR6 test methodology is a prerelease development by Keysight Technologies, facilitating design pathfinding and early adoption.
