Validating voice and video quality of service with synthetic monitoring

Validating network quality of service (QoS) requires a synthetic monitoring and traffic emulation solution that can conduct endpoint-to-endpoint and endpoint-to-real-services tests between data centers, cloud services, offices, and remote users. Network operations teams must confirm network communication paths have suitable bandwidth and low jitter / packet loss rates.
