Version Description
Ep-Scan 2026 introduces a substrate cross-section viewer. It greatly enhances the import of designs with the upgraded IPC-2581 and ODB++ importers. It also has usability improvements with the inclusion of PCIe gen6 and gen7 RL masks and synchronized warning highlighting. Also Windows 11 is now supported as OS.

Note: The minimum license version required to run this software is 2022.02. If you are a supported customer and your date-based license version is less than 2022.02, login to the Keysight Software Manager to obtain your updated licenses before installation.
