This software provides power, time, frequency and statistical analysis in a PC environment. The software program can be run if VEE Runtime or VEE rev. 6.01 (or greater) is already installed.

Keysight VEE Runtime can be obtained as a no-charge download from the Keysight VEE download page.

Note: The EPM-P Analyzer Software can only be used via the GPIB interface. This is because the RS232/422 serial interface does not have sufficient bandwidth to handle the exported trace data.
