Keysight’s simulation solution for power electronics includes both device modeling of power transistors including GaN and SiC transistors and power electronics analysis capabilities such as harmonic balance for precise analysis of periodic steady state signals and closed loop analysis. It also includes transient design simulation for analysis of the switching characteristics including the open loop analysis ideal for both DC-DC and AC-DC switching mode power supply design.
